The Leadership Board (LB) consists of the Co-Presidents of all residential and campus councils as well as the Executive Board. Co-Presidents lead their councils in planning events. HHCA stresses facilitative leadership, and Co-Presidents bring this to the councils and support collaboration and interaction in their councils.The Leadership Board meets once every two weeks, typically for leadership and professional development activities.
